A majority of my clients tell me that they struggle most with their diet when it comes to reaching their fitness goals.  Most people lack the knowledge to structure their nutrition around their daily lives and training schedule.  A meal plan from your trainer or coach can be a life saver as it sets out a flexible structure as to what foods you should incorporate daily, weekly and monthly.  By taking the guesswork out of the equation, a meal plan can save a lot of time, hassle and money.  The plans that I put together for my clients will be personalised to work around their current lifestyle and training schedule.
