Sports Massage

I will now be offering sports massage to complement your personal training sessions. Strength training takes a lot out of your body and can result in tight and tired muscles. Sports massage can help alleviate the tightness and adhesions that build up to ensure that nothing gets in the way of the perfect training schedule.

Sports massage bundles can be added on to your existing training packages or as standalone appointments.  

Sports massage therapy is an excellent way to fix common causes of soft tissue dysfunction which can be caused by:

  • Lifestyle imbalances 
  • Repetitive occupational movements
  • Occupational stress
  • Hobbies
  • Sleeping patterns and positions
  • Poor posture
  • Sports injuries
  • Strength training

Some of the most common areas that sports massage can tackle are lower back, upper back, shoulder, legs, glutes, calves, feet, wrists and arms.  One or more of these areas can be massaged using deep tissue techniques to help alleviate pain and get your lifestyle back on track.

30 Minutes
A quick massage to detail the most troubled areas, usually one or two specialised areas

45 minutes
A more detailed massage to work on one or multiple areas on the body
60 minutes
A full body massage with plenty of time to focus on specific areas

All massage is undertaken at compound cut fitness studio in the massage treatment room. Please contact me if you are interested in mobile massage therapy.

Please note that appointments will be limited so booking with plenty of time is much appreciated.  In addition, cancellations need to be at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a charge will be incurred.
